Soccer Clinics
Since 1994, we have organized soccer clinics in the USA. We have professional players and coaches from Portugal, Germany and Brazil. Many of them have played at the highest Club level and represented their own National Teams. They experienced competition in the UEFA Cup and in the Champions League.
These soccer clinics have motivated thousands of children and teens to play soccer in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. We work with the youth of churches, schools, universities and amateur clubs. Our objective is to teach soccer techniques while at the same time teach life lessons that can be used on or off the field.
Besides having coaches and athletes with professional backgrounds, we also include Biblical teaching in the program. ISM Conference
Each year, the ISM board members and field staff meet together, either in the U.S. or in one of the field staff’s respective countries. The conference enables us to review the past year and to formulate future directions and goals; spiritually, socially, and financially. Ministry updates are reported, both individually and corporately at this time. This is also an important time for the ISM field staff to share and support one another. The conference concludes with a special time of prayer, where we praise God for His faithfulness to the ISM family during the past years and seek His guidance and blessings for coming year. ISM also takes part in worldwide leadership and training conferences.
Special Projects
We have field staff in Africa, South America, Asia and Europe. They all have different projects going at one time or another and each country and ministry has different needs and challenges. All can use your volunteer participation and prayer. It can be done from a distance or, even better, with them on the field. It can be praying or just encouraging them. It can be in very small activities or on big events.

Training
We, at ISM, are very conscious of the great need for training. Our field staff, from the four corners of the world, are well qualified in all different areas of sports ministry and can provide you with specialized information about training. Depending on your level of interest, we can inform and direct you to the best training available. It may be working with children, young people or adults. We can provide training in partnership with other organizations for recreational purposes or up to the highest competing level in just about every sport.
